如何識別白嫖客戶

要遠(yuǎn)離白嫖客戶,首先需要學(xué)會識別他們。

以下是一些常見的特征:

1、從不下單:盡管多次報價,但這些客戶從未下過訂單,甚至沒有對你的報價作相應(yīng)的回應(yīng)。

2、頻繁提出無理要求:這些客戶經(jīng)常提出超出正常業(yè)務(wù)范圍的要求,如免費訂艙、催貨等。

3、態(tài)度強硬:白嫖客戶往往態(tài)度強硬,甚至威脅說如果不滿足他們的要求就會投訴或終止合作。

  • 反復(fù)討論付款方式

解決方案:學(xué)會拒絕,遠(yuǎn)離垃圾客戶

1、在初次接觸客戶時,就設(shè)立明確的合作條件和底線,特別是你能接受的支付方式、定金和尾款比例的底限。

2、在正式合作前,簽訂詳細(xì)的合同,明確雙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。
