過去的春節(jié),是團圓的時刻,我們與家人圍坐,分享著過去一年的酸甜苦辣,享受著親情的溫暖。走親訪友間,歡聲笑語回蕩在大街小巷,傳遞著新春的祝福與喜悅。那些美味的年夜飯、精美的紅包,還有熱鬧的春晚,都成為了我們假期中最美好的回憶。

節(jié)后復(fù)工首日,這些事得趕緊做!
節(jié)后復(fù)工首日,千頭萬緒,每一項任務(wù)都關(guān)乎著新一年外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的順利開展。下面這些關(guān)鍵事項,大家一定要抓緊落實。
1.安排假期中的訂單:經(jīng)過長時間的假期,部分客戶在假期中下了訂單的一定要第一時間逐一安排生產(chǎn),避免假期本就擱置了幾天,由于個人疏忽生產(chǎn)無法及時安排而出現(xiàn)交期問題。
2.年前為交貨訂單進度跟進:年前訂單如果還未交貨,一定要在接貨回來跟進相關(guān)部門的進度,避免對應(yīng)同事在其他緊急訂單的催促下,節(jié)后疏漏了自己手里原先的訂單。
3.更新開工信息:精心準(zhǔn)備一份春節(jié)后首次群發(fā)的郵件或消息 ,向客戶致以真摯的新年問候,并提供公司的最新動態(tài)。同時,在社交媒體上更新相關(guān)信息,展示充滿活力的企業(yè)文化和春節(jié)期間的精彩活動,增加互動和曝光率,讓客戶感受到我們的熱情與專業(yè)。比如在郵件中這樣表達(dá):“Dear customers, the Spring Festival has passed, and we are excited to announce that our company officially resumed business on [5th-Feb-2025]. We sincerely thank you for your trust and support in the past year.”
社交媒體Facebook,Linkedin,Twitter(X),wechat上可以配上公司團隊春節(jié)聚會的歡樂照片,再加上一段溫馨的文字:“Back to work with full energy after the Spring Festival! Looking forward to a great year of cooperation with you all.”
4.檢查回復(fù)郵件:
1)及時檢查和回復(fù)假期期間積累的客戶郵件,這些郵件可能包含新訂單查詢、產(chǎn)品問題咨詢或者合作事項等。特別記得把假期承諾過客戶第一時間跟同事確認(rèn)的細(xì)節(jié)反饋給客戶。比如:客戶在假期問你一個關(guān)于技術(shù)的問題,你當(dāng)時不知道怎么回,告訴客戶說,Let me check when I get back into office ,不要以為客戶目前沒問我們,這個事情就過去了,記得主動詢問相關(guān)技術(shù)人員,反擊給客戶。
2)對郵件進行分類處理,優(yōu)先回復(fù)緊急重要的郵件,確??蛻舻膯栴}得到及時解決。比如對于客戶的訂單確認(rèn)郵件,回復(fù)時可以說:“Dear [Customer's Name], we have received your order confirmation. We are now processing it and will keep you updated on the progress.”
3)對于假期沒能及時回復(fù)的客戶,記得誠摯表達(dá)歉意,并及時處理回應(yīng)客戶的訴求。“Dear [Customer's Name], Sorry for my late reply.Since we just back from CNY holiday today,I just noticed your information,Please accept my sincere apology . We are now processing it and will keep you updated on the progress.”(記得加上當(dāng)時客戶郵件里的需求的對應(yīng)回復(fù))
5.更新客戶信息:全面更新客戶聯(lián)系信息以及訂單狀態(tài)信息,這包括訂單的生產(chǎn)進度、發(fā)貨日期、物流跟蹤情況等。
1)比如客戶 A 的訂單原本預(yù)計在 3 月 5 日發(fā)貨,在更新信息時發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)進度提前,可及時告知客戶:“Dear Mr./Ms. [Customer's Name], we are glad to inform you that the production of your order is ahead of schedule, and it will be shipped on [new date].”
2)比如某客戶的貨物放假前沒趕上最后一水船。你可以這樣通知:
“Dear Mr./Ms. [Customer's Name], we are glad to inform you that we have backed to work ,all of your goods have been on schedule ,we will discuss with forwarder and catch the latest boat. I will update the newest information to you.”
3)比如某客戶的貨物正在海上漂著,你可以說:“Dear xx, we have just back to office today, and I check the delivery for your last order:www.xxxxxx.... seams all is going good, hope you could receive soon.”(如果正在清關(guān),可以說under custom clearance,如果還在運輸,可以說still on the way.)
6.主動聯(lián)系客戶:主動出擊,聯(lián)系客戶了解新需求,確認(rèn)訂單細(xì)節(jié),解決假期期間可能產(chǎn)生的任何問題或誤解。對于節(jié)前談好要打款但款項未到賬的客戶,可以委婉提醒:“Regarding the project we discussed before the holiday, we hope you can arrange the deposit as soon as possible. With a lot of orders in line, timely payment will ensure we can meet your required delivery time.”

D.年度洽談:用“開年政策”促決策
新年伊始,如果客戶能直接確認(rèn)年度訂單,豈不是一件非常美好的事情。
“If you have orders that is confirmed yearly, we shall offer you the cheapest price and as much as we could support. eg.: for all your yearly order confirmed in Feb. We will discuss new price with our raw material suppliers and CEO in bulk for you, we shall take all your color box cost(可以是其他利好的政策和優(yōu)惠) for yearly orders”
7.安排生產(chǎn)計劃:與生產(chǎn)部門緊密協(xié)調(diào),重新安排生產(chǎn)進度,確保訂單按時完成。尤其是在眾多同事手里都有訂單等著發(fā)貨的時候,非??简炌赓Q(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力。根據(jù)客戶訂單的緊急程度和生產(chǎn)能力,合理分配資源,制定詳細(xì)的生產(chǎn)時間表。
8.安排發(fā)貨:對于已經(jīng)完成生產(chǎn)的商品,及時安排發(fā)貨,與物流部門協(xié)調(diào),確保商品順利送達(dá)客戶手中。提前與貨代溝通,預(yù)訂合適的艙位,準(zhǔn)備好報關(guān)所需的文件,保證貨物運輸?shù)捻槙场?/p>
9.追蹤支付:確認(rèn)客戶清償年前的賬款或追蹤假期前后的付款情況,保證公司的現(xiàn)金流。建立支付追蹤表,對每一筆款項的支付情況進行記錄和跟進,對于逾期未支付的客戶,要及時溝通了解情況。
