有人說最近自己有客戶說要來中國旅游，自己是SOHO，得知客戶要來，又緊張又期待。之前一直是線上交流，現(xiàn)在終于有機(jī)會(huì)面對(duì)面交流了。

對(duì)于已經(jīng)聊了一段時(shí)間未曾見面的客戶，得知他要來中國后，我們可以給他發(fā)以下的郵件，積極爭(zhēng)取機(jī)會(huì)與他見面。

Today we just heard that you will come to China for a business trip next month. We are really excited to have the opportunity to finally meet you in person after a few months online Chatting. We are so eagerly to meeting you soon.

對(duì)于特別重要的客戶，比如體量很大，而且又是老客戶的話。爭(zhēng)取免費(fèi)給客戶訂酒店，爭(zhēng)取幾天與客戶獨(dú)處的時(shí)間，帶客戶吃好吃的，玩好玩的，可以通過以下內(nèi)容表達(dá)你的熱情和重視。

Tell us about your flight time please, we will book the hotel for you. As a VIP partner for our company, we are so excited to invite you to our company. It's our great honor to handle everything for you as a host.

Just tell us how many people and how many rooms you will need. and we will choose a very nice hotel that is not far from our company. How about arranging a room on a high floor? Then you can have a nice view of Guangzhou/Shenzhen.

記得之前一個(gè)師姐，她一個(gè)老客戶，每年給她幾百萬，在知道客戶要來中國的具體時(shí)間，就提前預(yù)定了各種游玩項(xiàng)目，談完具體工作后，客戶在中國的一個(gè)多星期，每天都帶客戶去體驗(yàn)不一樣的項(xiàng)目，讓客戶有賓至如歸的感覺?？蛻魧?duì)她印象深刻，回去后又續(xù)購了一年的訂單，而且今年還邀請(qǐng)她和家人去當(dāng)?shù)赜瓮?，像貴賓一樣接待了她。

有些客戶需要倒時(shí)差，或者是因?yàn)閬碇袊姷墓?yīng)商太多而忽略你，這個(gè)時(shí)候你就要提起精神，與客戶保持密切溝通，以下英語可能是需要用到的。

大家會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，以上郵件和英語，比較突出的點(diǎn)就是，你這次過來一定要到我們公司看看，因?yàn)槲覀優(yōu)槟貏e準(zhǔn)備了一些東西，讓客戶感覺與眾不同了，或者是讓他感覺如果不來就會(huì)吃虧，像錯(cuò)過了幾個(gè)億。還有就是要讓客戶感覺到你的重視和作為東道主的熱情。
