“ECHT!” 在布魯塞爾布拉班特方言中意為“純粹”“真實不虛”，這恰好呼應(yīng)了他們用真實樂器演奏——而非電腦生成的音樂本質(zhì)。樂隊理念是：試圖融合電子音樂非人性的基因，再通過器樂演奏將其“重新人性化”。
然而令人驚嘆的是，他們以精湛技藝與對樂器的深刻理解，編織出流暢融合的旋律織體，竟能模擬并讓人確信正在聆聽數(shù)字制作的電子音樂。
“ECHT!” 是現(xiàn)今歐洲獨立音景中超級新星，憑借全然自造的聲音系統(tǒng)，他們像DJ打碟般呈現(xiàn)行云流水的現(xiàn)場編排。這支純器樂組合由鼓手、鍵盤手、吉他手和貝斯手組成，將Footwork、實驗嘻哈、陷阱音樂等電子風(fēng)格與前衛(wèi)爵士、放克元素熔于一爐，為你帶來情不自禁隨之搖擺的絕妙體驗。

ECHT!的專輯被視作既能引爆舞池，又經(jīng)得起仔細(xì)聆聽的作品，成功彌合了俱樂部音樂的亢奮能量與復(fù)雜器樂編曲的音樂深度之間的鴻溝。
2019年，ECHT!經(jīng)由比利時根特廠牌Sdban Ultra發(fā)行發(fā)布開創(chuàng)性EP《Douf》，收錄了8首作品，所有曲目在三天內(nèi)錄制完成，流暢自如地展現(xiàn)了樂隊獨特的創(chuàng)新風(fēng)格——將盤旋起伏的節(jié)拍、非常規(guī)節(jié)奏與電子樂精髓相融合，整張EP宛如精心編排的DJ現(xiàn)場，所有曲目渾然天成。
廣受好評的首張全長專輯《INWANE》發(fā)布在2021年，基于大量trap、gritty hip-hop與bass music的靈感來源，他們用搖滾樂曲復(fù)刻這類深沉律動，結(jié)合疫情期間的沉悶局面，誕生了這張詭譎暗黑的處女座；同時ECHT!用更明亮的段落形成反差，讓人的溫度得以顯現(xiàn)：器樂模擬電子音樂的構(gòu)想得以確立，而人情化的律動始終是核心。

2023年ECHT!繼續(xù)保持強勁勢頭，推出二專《Sink-Along》，呈現(xiàn)出比首專更粗糲直白的表達(dá)。無論是低音轟鳴的開場曲“Glide”，還是逐拍推進的“Cheesecake”，ECHT! 都昭示著他們對深邃暗黑律動的極致追求，也是一次大膽的進化，更鞏固了他們在歐洲實驗器樂/電子場景中的前沿地位。
ECHT! 帶著迄今為止最大膽的作品強勢回歸——《Boilerism》。這張新作既是一場慶典，亦是一次重塑。它是對俱樂部文化的頌歌，對現(xiàn)場音樂能量的致敬，更是對實驗精神的激昂禮贊。
在新專輯中，他們突破標(biāo)志性的厚重低音風(fēng)格，探索更快的節(jié)奏，并融入了Trance、D&B、Footwork及英國車庫等多元曲風(fēng)。當(dāng)律動變得更加猛烈、節(jié)奏愈發(fā)機械時，他們標(biāo)志性的不可預(yù)測性依然存在——每首曲目都在不斷扭轉(zhuǎn)、轉(zhuǎn)向，時刻帶來驚喜。

In a society geared almost exclusively toward the technological, ECHT! forges a different path, one that instead replaces the mechanical with the human. At the heart of their creative process made up of actual skin and bone, the influences of electronic and hip-hop music burst forth through their expert playing of organic instruments.
Since 2017, ECHT! has been igniting stages across Europe, from Nuits Sonores, Lowlands, and Dour Festival to iconic venues like Brussels’ Ancienne Belgique and London’s Jazz Café. The Brussels-based quartet thrives on precision and chemistry: four minds and eight hands working as one. Their instrumental music raises more questions than it answers, pulling listeners into hypnotic, trance-like states where rhythm and melody merge, making individual instruments almost unrecognizable.
After their groundbreaking debut EP Douf (2019) and acclaimed albums INWANE (2021) and Sink-Along (2023), ECHT! is back with their most daring release yet: Boilerism. On this new record, they push beyond their signature bass-heavy sound, exploring faster tempos and embracing genres like acid, drum’n’bass, footwork, and UK garage. While the grooves hit harder and the rhythms get more mechanical, their flair for the unpredictable remains, with tracks that twist, turn, and surprise at every moment.
