很多新人在和客戶溝通的時(shí)候很容易被對方牽著跑，就是輸在經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、談判方式太“直”教大家一招今多看老業(yè)務(wù)員是怎么和客戶談判的，揣摩他們的談單思路，對自己的談單一定是有很大幫助的!
1.客戶說價(jià)格貴
錯(cuò)誤：The company sets the price uniformly, the price isnot set by me.這是公司統(tǒng)一定價(jià)，我沒辦法。
正確：Many customers have compared before and finallychose our products.很多客戶之前比較過，還是選擇了我們。
We have many regular customers. why do they keepbuying back? lt is because our quality is indeedrecognized by everyone.
我們有很多老客戶了，為什么大家一直會(huì)回購?因?yàn)檎J(rèn)可質(zhì)量。
We have all kinds of prices here, differentconfigurations, and different prices.我們有很多價(jià)位可以選擇，不同配置，價(jià)位不同。
The specific needs should be combined with yourneeds.After all, the most important thing is to meetyour needs and budget, isn't it?具體還是要看您的需求，畢竟符合您的需求和預(yù)算才是蕞重要的，不是嗎?

2.客戶說同行的產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)更低
錯(cuò)誤：You can compare other suppliers.那你再去比較下吧
正確：l am very confident in our products, which allowsyou to choose after comparison.我很有信心，可以讓您比較后選擇。

3.客戶已讀不回
錯(cuò)誤：stop following 放棄這個(gè)客戶
正確：Can l know what is the reason for not replying to themessage,the price or what you have another supplier?您能夠告訴我為什么不回復(fù)嗎?是價(jià)格還是您已經(jīng)有其他供應(yīng)商了?
Friendly reminder on the validity date. can youplease further advise if the price is workable for you?Price will be invalid on Friday.有效期友情提醒，您可否告知這個(gè)報(bào)價(jià)對您來說是否可行?報(bào)價(jià)周五失效。
